Work already delivered or initiated
Access to digital products or training material
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will generally not be applicable if:
Services have already started
Strategy, audits, or consultations have been delivered
Digital products or templates have been accessed or downloaded
Training sessions or workshops have been attended
Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days to the original payment method.
