  • Refunds are processed strictly on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refund requests must be raised within 3–5 days of payment.

Approval of refunds depends on:

  • Work already delivered or initiated

  • Access to digital products or training material

  • Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will generally not be applicable if:

  • Services have already started

  • Strategy, audits, or consultations have been delivered

  • Digital products or templates have been accessed or downloaded

  • Training sessions or workshops have been attended
